The synthetic star sapphire is oval cabochon cut, blue in color, and has a total approximate size of 10.3mm x 11.6mm. There are diamond accents on each side of the center stone. The ring weighs 2.85 grams. Current ring size is 6 1/4. Ring can be sized up/down two sizes from current.
